Online Processing for your renewal is a service provided by IMS Enterprises, Inc. ("IMS"). IMS is an independent Internet development firm based in Lauderdale County, Alabama that provides online services for the City of Florence Office.

This service is provided for an internet handling fee. Please do not use this service if you do not wish to pay an internet handling fee. This internet handling fee will show as an "Internet Handling Fee" on your credit card statement or "County Tag Renewals" if you choose to make an e-check payment.

Additionally, you will be responsible for any fees or costs associated with collecting any payment failures. Possible failures can include but are not limited to: non-sufficient funds in your bank account, fraudulent use of a credit card, and/or paying from a closed account. This may include bank charges as well as late payment fees to the City of Florence.

You will have the opportunity to print a confirmation for your transaction. You may use this service without penalty until the last day of your renewal period.
